We’re here to help you. From ordering and shipping to returns: all your questions are answered

here. You are welcome to contact us regarding any queries about studio booking or our

products. Our customer service can be reached by WhatsApp on +852 9859 6206, or by emailing lamaisonrose@gmail.com. If your question is regarding an order, please let us know your name and order number.

Orders can be placed through our website. If you prefer to visit our studio in Hong Kong’s Soho

precinct, please make an appointment first, as we are a private event space as well as an

authorised seller of Royal Copenhagen and our LMR exclusive items. If you need to cancel an

appointment, we would ask that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice.

LMR Studio in Soho, Hong Kong

Our private salon is a relaxed studio space where customers can view our selection of Royal

Copenhagen collections and other LMR exclusive products. Conveniently located in a walk-up in the heart of Soho, our inmate studio is also available for hire for private or corporate events.

We maintain a comprehensive selection of Royal Copenhagen items at the studio, but if you are searching for a specific catalogue item please inform us ahead of time so that we can

endeavour to source it from our stock room for your appointment.

Who we are
Ordering

All online orders placed through our website will be handled between 10am and 7pm (HKT) on business days. Online customers can choose to pay either by credit card or to "pay later".

Credit card purchases will receive an email order confirmation shortly.

Pay later customers will receive an email invoice within 1-2 working days. We would request that invoices be settled within 7 business days by bank transfer or Payme/FPS.

For customers purchasing from the LMR studio, payment may be made either by bank transfer, cash, or by Payme or FPS payment methods. If you would like us to keep aside an order for you, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit from total order.

For orders collected in-person from the LMR studio, payment may be made either by a direct

bank transfer, by cash, or by Payme/FPS payment methods.

​

All of our inventory is maintained in Hong Kong, and orders placed with our studio will be ready

for pick-up or dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Royal Copenhagen Preorders

We can help our customers to place special orders with Royal Copenhagen for any items that

we do not carry in Hong Kong. If you request this service, we would require a 50% deposit when

the order is placed, with the balance being settled prior to delivery.

If an item has been marked as “Sold” or "Coming Soon" on the LMR website, it will not be possible to place an online order for that item. You may contact us through Whatsapp 98596206 or email lamaisonrose@gmail.com, and our customer service will let you know if/when the product will become available or whether there is a similar item in stock.
