SHIPPING POLICY

Home Delivery

S.F Express delivery: 1-3 working days – Rate by weight / FREE over HK$8,000

Special home delivery for large volume : 3 - 5 working days – FREE over HK$10,000

Self-collection in store

1 - 2 Working Days - FREE

We offer free in store pick-up service for all orders. Please collect your order from our studio by appointment only between the hours of 10am to 6.30pm (HKT), Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). The person collecting the order will need to show the confirmation email and provide the order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

International Shipping

Please refer to checkout page for shipping (rate by weight), shipping cost may vary. Please email us if your country is not listed on checkout page, we can arrange a payment link for your order. Customers must cover any international shipping costs as well as any duty, customs or other local charges at time of shipment to your country. We currently arrange international shipping through Hong Kong Post, FedEx or DHL. Delivery time and charges depend on the service selected, and we will advise you of all delivery charges before we confirm your order.

  • Please note that international orders could face lengthy delays due to disruption to global shipping routes caused by Covid-19, and that not all routes may be operating from Hong Kong. 

  • Orders cannot be split between two delivery addresses.

  •  Depending on the size of an order, it may be shipped in multiple cartons.

Returns and exchange policy

We do not give refunds on any purchases from LMR. Full-priced items can be returned for

exchange or store credit within 7 days of shipping/purchase under the following conditions:

Packaging: The product must be returned in the undamaged, original packaging.

Condition of product: The product must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.

 

Returns in-store

We will accept returns on items purchased in-store or online. Please present the digital receipt or a printed version when returning the items.

 

Returns by shipping

Step 1

Contact LMR Customer Service (Or click the 'Let's Chat!' button) if you wish to arrange a return or exchange.

Step 2

Items must be returned in the original product packaging and securely packed to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3

As LMR does not offer free returns, please engage a fully tracked shipping service and keep a copy of your shipper’s receipt.

Step 4

We will process a credit note within 3-5 days from receipt of your items, provided that they are in their original undamaged condition, unused and with all original product packaging included.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges for the original order from LMR are not refundable. Returns/exchange packages that arrive cash on delivery may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your credit note.

 

Breakage policy

LMR is not responsible for any breakage or damage incurred during delivery of items purchased

from LMR. All items will be checked at the point of sale and LMR will make sure all items are in

good condition prior to packing and shipping.
